Who am I?

After realising that the 9-5 was not for me, I went off in search of a more fulfilling career that combined my desire to work and connect with people, a strong interest in anatomy, and a passion for an active lifestyle. I found the London School of Sports Massage, studied their sports and remedial massage therapy course and haven’t looked back!

Whether you have long-term chronic pain from an ongoing issue or you are recovering from an injury – caused by sport or simply by life – I can help you manage your pain and get you moving with greater ease and freedom.

By combining posture and movement assessments, deep but gentle massage and stretching techniques, along with remedial, practical advice for aftercare, Your massage is bespoke and tailored to you and your unique requirements.
